GAYA RETREATS MAIN CHEF

Paula was graduated from college as a nutritionist but has always been a cook at heart.

When she decided to follow her passion, she enrolled in and then graduated from the NaturalChef program at NOS Escola.

To further develop herself, Paula has moved to New York City and completed the Natural Gourmet Institute’s Culinary Nutrition course.

After graduating, worked at the well-known Chef Matthew Kenney's Vegan Restaurant XYST, and the Michelin-Starred Vegetarian Restaurant NIX.

Recently she decided to moved to Portugal tob ecome Chef of one (if not the best) Vegan Restaurants in Lisbon "My Mother´s Daughters".

After a successful stint, Paula returned to the organization with which she began her journey, and now is part of the main team of NOS Escola Portugal and the main chef of our retreats in Portugal.
