Mother of two, studied marketing and ended up felling in love with cooking, founding her recent successful project Bakiness.

Ines stand for a simple diet, seasonal, mostly plant based and gluten free.

After studying several different diets (macrobiotic, gluten free, Ayurveda) she learned that what’s best for us is what really feels good: the secret lies in balance and the result is happiness.
