What makes Gaya’s YTTs Different?
We teach you how to teach yoga.
Many YTTs teach yoga from a very limited perspective. The curriculum is often focused on how to teach a specific yoga sequence, and provides little to no context into the big picture of the practice. The result is newly graduated teachers feeling unrooted, under-qualified, and without the confidence and support they need to continue on their teaching journey.
At Gaya, we don’t treat teaching yoga like a game of simon-says. Instead, we encourage students to embody the principles of the practice so they can approach teaching from a place of pure intention and true understanding.
