WHAT WE’LL DO

This Yoga Program is designed to support the understanding of the Path of Yoga as an alchemy for a continuos transformation and education on our daily modern lives.

We will dive into the mechanisms of Yoga on the 4 Human Experiences (Body, Mind, Emotion and Spirit) through a selection of ancient yogic and buddhist techniques along with science and functional thinking.

This program is open to scratch beginners to more advanced students and teachers.

A Private session will be given to each student for Q&A and modified sequence.
