A very special Masterclass where you will understand why moving to the rhythm of the Moon is so important to deepen your practice at the yoga mat and create a steady self practice to expand intuition and connection towards Earth Wisdom.

Through the practice we explore : 

• The 4 Phases of the Moon, its Elements & Zodiac Signs - Gaya Method: how it works.

• Asana sequence - fixed Gaya Yoga sequence (the 4 Elements) & modified explorations for New moon & Full Moon.

• Examples on Rituals to connect with Gaya - “Spirit of the Earth”.

Sara Montes

Sara is a dedicated student of Yogic Traditions and Ancient Ritual Practices. Most part of her life was given to travels, practices and studies on the quest of Human Condition and Mind Liberation. She has in the curriculum several courses and reclusions on Buddhist Meditation, Ashtanga Yoga, Integral Yoga of Aurobindo, as well as workshops, courses and more than 900hours of trainings on the many lineages of Yoga Sciences by Yoga Alliance International.

Rooted in the Ashtanga Yoga Philosophy and Vinyasa Method, her teachings are Inspired by Nature and Intuition. Her approach is science based and focused in a practical, inclusive and functional way of living.

Sara is the founder of Gaya Immersions and Yoga Sciences Institute Portugal where she leads 200-hrs Teacher Trainings - she has been teaching yoga and conducting lectures worldwide since 2016.
