Class is led in Portuguese and English. Please be 15m before 9:00am at the Park !

I’m new to exercise/I’ve never done a yoga class before, can I still come along?

Absolutely! No yoga experience is required and Sara will guide you through the movements and provide modifications if necessary.

I'm coming to the event alone, is that ok?

Absolutely! Our events are completely inclusive and even if you turn up alone, we guarantee you will leave with a bunch of new friends !
