Immersive Yoga is our Signature Yoga Experience – featuring audio-visual projections to promote a sense-enhancing atmosphere of calmness and deeper concentration on the practice, this is a gentle yet powerful yoga session inspired by different yoga lineages.

Each session is subtle different and it can be added Smudge Cleansing, Aromatherapy, Pranayama, Guided Meditation, Tibetan Bowls, Gong Bath….Knowledge has no end and each day is a different day, a different energy, a different opportunity to grow and expand.

This is a grounding experience – with almost no inputs from the daylight, you’ll be more easily connected to your breath and aware of your thoughts and emotions - don’t expect complex postures or acrobatics - you’ll be asked to lower the pace, look within and dive inwards.

FLOW yoga

Flow Yoga is a dynamic practice based on the ashtanga yoga tradition and the vinyasa system.

While in Ashtanga Yoga we always follow the same sequence of postures, in Flow Yoga we go into a more fluid and creative sequence - connecting breath by breath as the vinyasa system and remaining is some key poses to release the fascias and deepen the experience (as the Yin and Restorative yoga practices).

Through an internal cleaning process, we purify our body, nervous system and organs. These classes are accessible to all levels of experience and a great way to balance your feminine & masculine subtle bodies ( Ha - Tha, the Sun & the Moon). After a few sessions we already gain the complete benefits from this physical and mental practice.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga emphatise the linking of movement and breath (vinyasa), Ujjayi breathing (breath with sound) and bandhas (energy locks). It is made up of six “series” (Primary, Intermediate and four Advanced series) each of which has a fixed order of poses.

Traditionally it is taught in a “Mysore” style (where each student learns the sequence gradually under the personalized guidance of a teacher) or “Led Class” (where a group of students follow a fixed sequence guided class).

A regular practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga helps the mind to be clearer and the body stronger and more flexible. The breath (ujjay), along with the movement (vinyasa) and inner locks (bandhas), helps to create internal heat in the body which improves circulation and detoxifies the system.

We mostly teach the Primary Series, which is known as Yoga Chikitsa meaning “Yoga Therapy”. This is a fixed sequence series that aims to detoxify and realign the body.
